Peas and Carrots with Chipotle

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 teaspoons adobo sauce from can of chipotle chiles, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  1. Add water and adobo sauce to peas and carrots in a microwavable dish. Cover well and microwave 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your microwave, until heated through. Add parsley and chives, stir to coat.
