Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Mango Rum (25 oz. per bottle)
  • 7 piece(s) mint leaves
  • 0.25 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 0.25 oz. club soda
  • 1 dash(es) bitters

Instructions

  1. Add 6 mint leaves, squeezed lime juice, simple syrup and muddle.
  2. Add Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Mango Rum.
  3. Fill with crushed ice and stir.
  4. Add club soda and add more crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a mint leaf.
  6. Add bitters.
