Yogurt Creme Brulee

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces cold vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. Special equipment: a kitchen blowtorch
  2. Place the yogurt in a ramekin and top with the sugar. Hold a kitchen blowtorch a couple inches away from the ramekin and burn the sugar until it starts to turn an even, dark golden brown. Serve immediately!
