2. In a cocktail shaker, add 4 wedges each of grapefruit, lemon, and orange. Add 2 tablespoon sugar and muddle all the ingredients together. Add the vodka and Campari. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice, cover with the top and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into martini glasses and garnish with a twist of citrus peel.
