White Summer Sangria
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup lightly packed mint leaves
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup white rum, cold
- 1 pound raspberries
- 2 limes, cut into wheels
- 2 medium peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cantaloupe, diced or balled
- 2 bottles pinot grigio or chardonnay, chilled

Instructions
- Muddle the mint, honey and rum together in a large pitcher until well combined. Add the raspberries, lime wheels, peaches, cantaloupe and wine; stir well. Pour into glasses over ice, and enjoy, especially if it's a hot day!
