Ingredients

• 12 ounces fresh brewed iced tea, chilled
• 6 ounces gin
• 6 ounces white peach puree
• 4 ounces simple syrup
• Peach bitters, as needed
• Sparkling wine or Champagne, for serving
• Peach wedges, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a pitcher, stir together the iced tea, gin, peach puree, simple syrup and peach bitters to taste. Refrigerate until well chilled.
2. Pour over ice into highball glasses and top with sparkling wine or Champagne. Garnish with peach wedges
