Warm Chocolate Cider Cappuccino with Blackberry Cardomon Meringue
Ingredients
- 16 ounces Apple Cider
- 3 ounces honey
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 4 eggs, Egg whites only
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cardomon
- 1/4 cup mint
- 15 Blackberries
- 2 ounces of chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Combine these five ingredients in a pot over medium heat and bring to a simmer;
- Combine ingredients and whip them in a mixer until they reach fluffy but sticky consistancy;
- Pour cider mixture in a cappuccino cup and spoon meringue on top. Place chocolate into a small cup or shot glass with spoon. Garnish with blackberries. Enjoy!
