Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 slice ham
• 2 tablespoons grated mozzarella
• Cooking spray, for spraying the waffle maker

Instructions

1. Special equipment: a waffle maker
2. Preheat a waffle maker to the regular setting according to the manufacturer's instructions.
3. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Chop up the slice of ham, then mix the ham and cheese into the eggs.
4. Spray the waffle maker with cooking spray, then pour over the egg mix. Close the lid and cook about 4 minutes.
