Vitamix® Guacamole Sarah's Way

Ingredients

  • 4 avocados - peeled, pitted, and chopped
  • 1 roma tomato, cut in half
  • 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Blend avocados, tomato, onion, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, and salt in a Vitamix(R) blender on variable 2 or on the low setting on any blender until guacamole is chunky.
