VELVEETA Bacon and Green Onion Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup bacon pieces (recommended: OSCAR MAYER)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (recommended: BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN)

Instructions
- Mix VELVEETA, onions and bacon in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or crackers (recommended: WHEAT THINS).
- Cut ingredients in half. Mix ingredients in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 2 min. Serve as directed. Makes 12 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
- Hot dips should be discarded after setting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
- Cut VELVEETA (the whole loaf) into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
- Prepare using VELVEETA Mild Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product.
