Val's Paleo Ketchup
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
 - 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
 - 6 fluid ounces water
 - 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup
 - 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 pinch ground allspice

Instructions
- Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, water, cider vinegar, maple syrup, sugar, salt, onion salt, garlic powder, and allspice in a saucepan over low heat; simmer until smooth and slightly reduced, about 20 minutes. Cool completely before transferring to a jar; refrigerate.
