Ingredients

• 2 ounces rye whiskey
• 1/2 ounce Cynar liqueur
• 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth, such as Carpano Antica
• 2 dashes bitters, such as Angostura
• 1 strip orange peel

Instructions

1. Stir the rye, Cynar, vermouth and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass over ice. Garnish with the orange peel.
