Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Jif® Creamy Reduced Fat Peanut Spread
- 1 (16 oz.) jar chunky salsa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 pound dry rotelle or rotini pasta (2-1/2 cups dry), cooked according to package directions and drained
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese

- COMBINE peanut butter, salsa, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and water in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring until well combined.
- STIR in cooked pasta. Garnish with cheese just before serving.
