Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 12 (6 to 8-inch) flour or corn tortillas
  • Olive oil, for spraying
  • Coarse salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut the tortillas into 1-inch wide strips; discard the leftover rounded end pieces. Alternatively, cut the tortillas into 8 wedges as in a pizza. Place the prepared tortillas on a baking sheet, and spray lightly with olive oil. Season with salt, and bake until crisp, 5 to 7 minutes.
