Tomato and Red Onion Chutney

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped seeded plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Let stand at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
