Ingredients

• 2 ounces bourbon
• 1 tablespoon lavender honey
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/3 cup hot water Dried lavender, for garnish
• 1 strip lemon peel, for garnish

Instructions

1. In a mug add the bourbon, honey and lemon juice. Slowly pour 1/3 cup hot water over the mixture while stirring to dissolve the honey. Garnish with a few dried lavender buds and the lemon peel.
