Third Rail II or Sledgehammer

Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounces brandy
  • 3/4 ounces Calvados or applejack
  • 3/4 ounces light rum
  • Dash Pernod
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass. This drink is sometimes made with a darker rum.
