The Wild Flower
Ingredients
- Lavender sprigs or, if you prefer, mint, pineapple mint or other herb
- Ice
- 4 ounces crisp, dry white wine, such as sauvignon blanc
- 2 ounces elderflower liqueur, such as St. Germain
- 2 ounces vodka
- Club soda

Instructions
- Pick a few of the lavender buds from a sprig, and muddle them in 2 highball glasses. Fill with ice, then add the wine, liqueur and vodka and top with club soda. Garnish with lavender sprigs.
