• 1/2-ounce blue curaco
• 1/2-ounce coconut flavored rum
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 1-ounce fresh lime juice

1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and mix vigorously. Stop when the shaker is too cold to hold. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
