Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 1/2 cups freshly brewed strong coffee or espresso
- Ground cinnamon
- Vanilla beans
- Sugar
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Honey
- Strips of orange and lemon zest

- In medium pan over low heat, heat milk until bubbles form around edges. Whisk to form frothy bubbles. In insulated coffee carafe, combine coffee and milk. Serve with condiments.
