Steakhouse Garlic Butter Potato, Pan Grill

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds small golden potatoes, large dice
  • 1 cup (1-inch-thick) yellow onion slices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon® Seasoned Vegetable Base
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, butter, vegetable base, garlic, paprika, potatoes and onions. Toss to coat.
  3. Pour mixture into an aluminum grilling pan and place directly on grill.
  4. Cook potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes or until fork-tender.
