Steak Skewer

Ingredients

  • 4 (12-ounce) steaks, your choice
  • 4 teaspoons seasoned salt, divided (recommended: Lawry's)
  • 4 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, divided
  • 4 yellow onions
  • 4 potatoes
  • 16 large shrimp, grilled

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill over medium-high heat.
  2. Grill steaks to your desired doneness. Cut steak into 4 pieces after grilling. Season each with 1 teaspoon seasoned salt and pepper and skewer. Cut onion into chunks and place 2 chunks per skewer. Cut potato into chunks and place 2 chunks per skewer and add the grilled shrimp, 4 per skewer.
