Ingredients

• 4-6 ounces chilled dry white wine
• 2 or 3 ice cubes
• Chilled club soda

Instructions

1. Pour the wine into a collins glass or large goblet, add the ice cubes and fill with soda. Stir gently.
2. For a more festive drink, carefully peel the rind from a lemon in an unbroken spiral, drip into a collins glass, and add the wine and soda as above.
