Spicy Ginger Chu-Hi
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 level bar spoons sugar
- 2 ounces shochu juice (usually found in concentrate form, dilute first)
- 1/2 ounce raspberry flavored rum (recommended: Bacardi Razz)
- 1 ounce guava juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice

Instructions
- In a mortar and pestle muddle together the ginger and sugar. Add the mixture to a cocktail shaker filled with ice along with the shochu, raspberry flavored rum, guava and lime juices.
- Strain and pour into a martini glass and garnish with the slice of ginger.
