Sparkling Apple Cider Sangria
Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup cognac
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and julienned
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- One 750-milliliter bottle cava or other dry sparkling wine, chilled

Instructions
- Put the apple cider, cognac and apples in a large pitcher and stir to combine. Chill for at least an hour.
- Stir most of the pomegranate seeds into the mixture, reserving a few for garnish. Pour in the cava. Pour the sangria into glasses and garnish each with a few pomegranate seeds.
