Smoky Gouda Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 1/8 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese with chipotle peppers (such as Boar's Head®)
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 ounces chopped cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise, smoked Gouda, Gouda with chipotle peppers, onion, and bacon together in a bowl; spread into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until mixture is bubbly and lightly browned along the edges, 15 to 20 minutes.
