Ingredients

  • 1 ounces plum sake
  • 2 ounces sake (recommend: Kaori or Fukunishiki)
  • 3 ounces white wine
  • 1-ounce mango juice
  • 1-ounce pineapple juice
  • 1-ounce merlot
  • 1-ounce champagne
  • 4 spoons cubed fruit (plum, mango, pineapple: be creative!)

Instructions

  1. Mix plum sake, sake, white wine, mango and pineapple juice with ice, shake and serve in a wine glass. Float with merlot and champagne and finish with cubed fruit. For parties, multiply the above by 10, and get out your punch bowl!
