Ingredients
- 2 cups rehydrated Idahoan® Hash Browns
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Sour cream
- Salsa
Instructions
- Mix eggs with hash browns.
- Stir in veggies and seasonings.
- Spray or brush oil on your waffle iron and heat up.
- Pour enough batter to cover the lower cooking surface. Close lid and cook per manufacturers instructions until golden brown.
