- 1 banana
 - 1 cup frozen mango chunks
 - 1 small cucumber, roughly chopped
 - 2 cups fresh spinach
 - 2 tablespoons cashew butter
 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
 - 1 cup water
