Sauteed Sugar Snaps
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 cups sugar snaps, blanched
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- Salt and pepper

- Heat a saute pan with the butter. Add the blanched sugar snaps and cook for 1 minute. Add the shallot and cook for 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and remove from the heat.;
