Sara's Baked Side of Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 whole salmon side (2 to 3 pounds)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle the salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Wrap the salmon in foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes per pound.;
