Ingredients

  • 4 ounces gin
  • 4 tablespoons cherry juice
  • 8 dashes bitters
  • 1 bottle chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 4 cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Into a Champagne flute, add 1 ounce gin, 1 tablespoon cherry juice and 2 dashes of bitters. Fill the flute with Champagne and garnish with a cherry.
