Salted Naan Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 naan breads
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Cut each naan bread into 8 wedges using a knife or pizza cutter. Arrange them all on a baking sheet. Brush both sides of the wedges with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides generously with the salt.
  4. Bake until they're golden brown and crisp, 15 to 18 minutes.
