Rum Runner with Pinot Grigio Splash

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces light rum
  • 4 ounces banana puree
  • 3 ounces blackberry brandy
  • 3 ounces grenadine
  • 15 ounces lemon lime power drink
  • 4 ounces Pinot Grigio
  • 1 banana, peeled, quartered and cut with a slit, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Special equipment: 4 tall zombie or daiquiri glasses
  2. Add the light rum, banana puree, blackberry brandy, grenadine, and lemon lime power drink to a blender and blend on low for 30 seconds. Fill each of 4 glasses with ice. Pour the blender contents over the ice, top each glass with 1-ounce of Pinot Grigio and garnish with a banana segment on the rim.
