Rosemary Greyhound Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce Rosemary Simple Syrup, recipe follows
  • 1 small sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Instructions

  1. Combine the grapefruit juice, vodka and Rosemary Simple Syrup in a cocktail glass. Stir, add ice cubes and stir again. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
  2. Combine the sugar, rosemary and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Let cool, then remove the rosemary sprig. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
