Best Recipe for Rockin' Taco Salad
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup low-fat veggie chili
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped or sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 6 baked tortilla chips, crushed
Instructions
- Prepare chili as directed on package. Set aside. Place lettuce in a big bowl. Top with tomatoes, chili, and cheese. Then add the olives and sour cream. Finish off with the crushed tortilla chips, and enjoy!
