Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup low-fat veggie chili
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/4 cup shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped or sliced black olives
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
  • 6 baked tortilla chips, crushed

Instructions

  1. Prepare chili as directed on package. Set aside. Place lettuce in a big bowl. Top with tomatoes, chili, and cheese. Then add the olives and sour cream. Finish off with the crushed tortilla chips, and enjoy!
