Rock 'n' Roll Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh blackberries
  • 2 ounces white rum, such as Sammy's Beach Bar Rum
  • 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur, such as Canton's, or ginger syrup
  • 2 ounces guava nectar
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • Cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing glass, muddle the blackberries, and then add the guava nectar, pineapple juice, white rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice and bitters. Add ice, shake and serve over crushed ice and finish with a cherry on top.
