Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz can roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1lb goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
  • Pinch of sugar
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put peppers into work bowl of a process bowl and puree. Add all other ingredients and pulse until combined. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper to taste;
