Ingredients
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- In a nonreactive bowl, combine wine, olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano. Add desired meat, and cover. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight, turning meat occasionally.
