Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 1 beet
- 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- 4 stalks, celery
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped
- 1 (1/4-inch) piece ginger root
- 1 (1/4-inch) piece turmeric root

Instructions
- Juice the lime using a manual citrus juicer. Juice the remaining ingredients in a juice, and then combine with the lime juice. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
