Red and Green Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head red cabbage
  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Shred both cabbages very fine. Toss together. Add sugar, lemon juice, and salt and toss again. Refrigerate or use immediately.
