Quaker® Savoury Herb Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 4 (28 g) packets Quaker® Regular Instant Oatmeal
  • 2 2/3 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup shredded white Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or chives, divided
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook oatmeal with milk in individual microwave-safe bowls according to package directions. Stir 1 tbsp (15 mL) cheese and 1 tsp (5 mL) parsley into each serving.
  2. Top each serving with cherry tomatoes, cucumber and half an egg. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and remaining parsley.
