Pumpkin Spice Latte Sweet Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 7 tablespoons Pumpkin Spice Latte Base, recipe follows
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
- Large pinch kosher salt
- Butter wafer cookies, for dipping
- One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch kosher salt

Instructions
- Combine the ricotta, Pumpkin Spice Latte Base, confectioners' sugar and salt in a bowl. Serve with butter wafer cookies or your cookie of choice!
- Combine the pumpkin, brown sugar, espresso powder, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt in a mixing bowl and mix until completely combined. Transfer to a resealable container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
