Pump Up the Jams
Ingredients
- 2 ounces aged rum
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
- 1 tablespoon apricot preserves
- 2 ounces sparkling water
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish

Instructions
- Add the rum, lime juice, maraschino and preserves to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice and top with the sparkling water. Stir, and garnish with mint. And a straw. And a tiny umbrella. And no shame.
