Prosciutto-Wrapped Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, cut in half, each half sliced into fourths
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Wrap each avocado slice with a slice of prosciutto. Sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and serve.
