Prosciutto-Wrapped Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, cut in half, each half sliced into fourths
- 8 slices prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
