Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup peeled banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup pasteurized egg substitute
  • 3/4 cup soy milk

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve cold.
