• 1 ounce bitter orange liqueur, such as Aperol
• Grapefruit soda, for topping, such as San Pellegrino Pompelmo soda
• Grapefruit peel, for garnish

Instructions

1. Fill a highball glass with ice to chill, then discard the ice.
2. Pour the gin and liqueur into the glass. Top with soda and garnish with the grapefruit peel.
