Plums in Red Wine
Ingredients
- 1 quart plums
- 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup light red wine (Beaujolais is ideal)

- Halve, pit and quarter the plums. Sprinkle with the sugar, add the red wine to almost cover the plums. Macerate 1 hour.
