Pineapple Celery Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed (1 inch) fresh pineapple (from 1 pineapple, peeled and cored)
  • 2 cups chopped celery (about 4 ribs)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Purée ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing hard on solids, then discarding them. Serve over ice.
