Ingredients

• 6 ounces rare roast beef, sliced thin
• 1 large onion, sliced medium and Sauteed
• 4 slices American cheese
• 1 to 2 tablespoons beef consomme
• 1 large hero roll, sliced

Instructions

1. Place sliced beef in a hot saute pan. Top with onions and cheese. Add a splash of consomme to pan and cover. Once cheese has melted, remove beef and place in roll.;
